Trademark Paralegal

Job Description: PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates trademark filings, assignment programs and other maintenance activities and works with foreign associates and clients regarding completion of such programs. Communicates with clients and foreign counsel regarding development in connection with trademark filings. Prepares and files U.S. trademark applications, statements of use, and other prosecution documents. Prepares and files documents connected with trademark renewals and assignments, including, powers of attorney, and declarations. Conducts preliminary on-line trademark searches. Responsible for docketing filing deadlines and preparing reports including weekly attorney due dates, client status reports and ad hoc reports as requested. Responsible for maintaining trademark vigilance files including conducting Internet research, conducting preliminary evaluation of infringements, managing eBay enforcement work, drafting cease and desist letters and maintaining stat
